Return Window:
We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cant offer a refund.

Eligible Items:
To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Product must not be damaged due to misuse

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used pee pads
- Chew toys that show bite marks or wear
- Opened grooming items

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, well notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 35 business days to your original payment method.
